ENCHO STAYS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Encho Space ("Encho," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform for discovering stays, managing property listings, communicating about bookings, and using optional marketing tools. This policy explains what information we handle and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Encho, authenticate accounts, display listings, process and support bookings, communicate with guests and hosts, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve the service, and provide the marketing features you request. We use information for these purposes only as permitted by applicable law and the terms that apply to the service.

Google services and Google Ads API

If you connect a Google account or Google Ads account, Encho requests the permissions shown during authorization. We use authorized Google Ads information to display account and targeting data and to prepare or manage campaign actions that you explicitly request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it to data brokers. OAuth credentials are handled on the server and access is limited to the integration functions that need them.

You can revoke Encho's access from your Google Account's third-party connections. To request deletion of Google data held by Encho, email enchoenterprises@gmail.com from the connected account and identify the account you want removed. We will verify the request and process it subject to applicable law, security, fraud-prevention, and records that we are required to retain.

Other service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, communications, payments, identity, and advertising-platform integrations. They receive only the information needed to provide their service, are subject to their own terms and privacy notices, and may process information in the countries where they operate. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and booking records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing enchoenterprises@gmail.com. Deletion may be limited where a record is required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account or credential has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Your choices

You may review or update available account information, control optional marketing connections, revoke Google or other third-party access, and request deletion or correction by contacting us. You may also control cookies through your browser, although disabling some cookies can affect service functionality.

Children

Encho is not directed to children who are below the minimum age required to use the service in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows when the current version was last updated. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies from its effective date.
