ENCHO STAYS

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the rules for using Encho Space ("Encho," "we," "us," or "our") to discover stays, manage property listings, communicate about bookings, and use optional marketing tools. By using Encho, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Encho service

Encho provides software that helps guests discover properties and helps hosts manage listings, availability, bookings, messages, and optional promotion. Some features may be unavailable in particular locations, accounts, or stages of rollout. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide information that is accurate and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly tell us if you believe it has been compromised. You may use Encho only if you are legally able to enter these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your location.

3. Listings, bookings, and payments

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, and condition of their listings. Guests are responsible for the information they provide and for complying with the booking terms shown before a booking is confirmed. A booking, payment, cancellation, refund, tax, or service-fee rule applies only when it is displayed in the applicable checkout or booking terms, and mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Payment providers may process transactions under their own terms and privacy notices. Encho may place holds, limit transactions, or request information when needed to prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

4. Optional marketing tools

When a host requests marketing support, Encho may prepare or manage campaigns through connected advertising services. A campaign may require review, an eligible account, a completed billing setup, and acceptance by the relevant advertising provider. Advertising results, delivery, reach, approvals, and bookings are not guaranteed. Hosts remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the claims, images, prices, destinations, and other material they provide.

5. User content and permissions

You retain rights in the content you submit. You give Encho the permission needed to host, display, adapt, and distribute that content to provide the requested service, including presenting a listing and preparing approved marketing materials. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit, including permissions relating to people, brands, property, music, and locations shown in it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Encho to break the law, mislead or defraud another person, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape data without permission, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or user safety require it.

7. Third-party services

Encho may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment, identity, hosting, analytics, communications, mapping, and advertising providers. Those providers control their own services and terms. Encho is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, availability, or policies.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Encho useful and secure, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, connectivity problems, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, Encho is provided on an as-available basis and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Encho at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or cancel pending actions when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, a provider requirement, or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, content permissions, disclaimers, and dispute-related terms, continue after termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply to future use.
